Product Lead

About this opportunity

Seed–Series C teams that aren't ready for a full CPO need a product lead who can own a product line end-to-end — discovery, roadmap, ship — without taking on the broader org responsibilities of a CPO.

You'll lead a 4–8 person squad, run weekly user interviews, and translate findings into prioritized work. You'll partner with engineering, design, and the founder on roadmap and outcomes.

Core responsibilities

• Lead discovery, write the roadmap, and ship across a 4–8 person squad
• Run weekly user interviews and translate findings into prioritized work
• Set OKRs with the founder and report progress to the board
• Coach junior PMs already on the team
• Partner with engineering + design on roadmap feasibility and trade-offs

Required qualifications

• 7+ years in product, with 2+ leading a squad through 0→1 or 1→10
• Comfortable in technical conversations with engineering leadership
• Strong narrative skills — can sell a roadmap to a skeptical founder
• B2B SaaS, marketplace, or AI/ML product depth

Nice to have

Not required — but will strengthen your match quality.

• Prior PM-coaching or staff PM experience at a Series B+ company
• Background in API or platform products
• Familiarity with PLG metrics and product-led growth loops
