CXOwork LLC ("CXOwork", "we", "our", "us") operates the CXOwork platform at cxowork.com and related subdomains (the "Platform"), a marketplace connecting fractional executives and advisors with companies seeking executive talent.

For the purposes of applicable data protection law (including the EU General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") and the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA")), CXOwork is the data controller of your personal information. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. We also retain and use your data to the extent necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

If you close your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal information within 90 days, except where we are required by law to retain it for longer (e.g., financial records required to be kept for 7 years). Resume data processed by AI is not retained beyond the initial profile-fill session.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and regular security assessments.

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach that is likely to result in a high risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law.

The Platform is intended for use by adults (18 years of age or older) only. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a minor, we will delete it promptly. International Data Transfers

CXOwork is based in the United States. If you access the Platform from outside the United States, your personal information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
